What makes this bowl stand out among all others is its feather-inspired design. The carvings around the bowl resemble a feather’s quill and vane. Unlike most coconut bowls, the Feather Coconut Bowl displays a sandy brown outer surface, like feathers from the wings of buffy fish owls or brown jacamars.

There are over 800 species of birds in Vietnam, the country from which our coconut bowl was handcrafted. The bowl’s beautiful feather design is carved by the country’s skilled rural artisans. It was originally one of the reclaimed coconut shells that were then turned into our Rainforest Bowls.
