Chopsticks have a way of making meals more enticing, especially when you’re sure that your chopsticks are food-safe, eco-friendly, and sustainably sourced. These Coconut Wood Chopsticks came from reclaimed coconut wood and handcrafted by artisans in Vietnam. No trees were harmed to produce them; instead, each pair made means more wood pieces reclaimed and a little less waste for the environment.
These Coconut Wood Chopsticks pair perfectly with poke bowls, rice bowls, pasta, salads, and fruit bowls. With a length of 20 centimeters, they are comfortable to hold and super easy to eat with. What’s more, you’ll enjoy their stylish yet natural grainy color—fashioned by nature itself!
To make eating more enjoyable, these pieces of cutlery are sanded and polished with all-natural oil. They sport a smooth finish that speaks simplicity and elegance, and they surely make great utensils for coconut bowls.
Additionally, these chopsticks can last years of use with proper care. They don’t easily incur scratches as plastic chopsticks do, and you can quickly make them shinier with the use of natural oil.

How It’s Made
1. Reclaim offcuts of coconut timber
To make our wooden utensils, we collect discarded offcuts of coconut timber from factories. Then, we send the wood to our team of artisans who’ll transform them into beautiful, food-safe utensils.
2. Cut the wood into the shape of utensils
Our artisans draw the profiles of spoons, forks, and knives on the offcuts. Then, they use a saw to cut the wood down to the drawn shapes of the utensils.
3. Carve the details
Next, they use carving knives to hollow out the bowls of the wooden spoons, carve the prongs of the forks, and sharpen the edges of the knives. They then carve the utensils' handles, making them smooth and comfortable to hold.
4. Smooth out the shapes and surfaces
After carving the utensils, they smooth out and sand the edges and surfaces. Finally, the utensils are thoroughly cleaned and coated with all-natural coconut oil.
These bowls and utensils are PERFECT! I purchased them for a gift but will be purchasing some for myself too!
