1. What will be inside my Mystery Box?

It’s a mystery! But rest assured that the products you’re getting are all handmade from sustainably sourced natural materials. We’d hate to spoil it for you, but here’s a hint: you're in for an exciting treat!

2. I have bought a Mystery Box before. Will I receive different products in my next box?

Absolutely! Just note in the “Want to Add a Note to Your Order?” at checkout which items you have already received. That way, we can send you different products every time you buy a Mystery Box.

3. I do not like to get a specific item in my Mystery Box. What should I do?

You’re welcome to request to exclude certain products! Simply note at checkout which item/s you’d like to exclude, or email us at sales@rainforestbowls.com before or right after you place your order.

4. Do you accept exchanges/returns of Mystery Boxes?

If you don’t like an item in your box, we can’t refund or replace it with something else as we curate each box ahead of time. An item you don't love could also work as a lovely gift! Or you can also join our Swap Group on Facebook to exchange a product you don’t like for another one from our other customers.
